The CitiXsys Partner Program is a robust, evolving program, intended to support and grow both existing
and new channel partners. This program supersedes any previous partner program. The three key
components of the program are the high margins available to partners via the:
- Progressive Margin Scheme
- MDF on achieving quarterly targets
- Dedicated support of CitiXsys Channel Sales Managers, Pre-sales & Consulting Teams and Systems Engineers
Partner program members are able to use the Partner World Portal for information on CitiXsys products
and services and raise queries which are answered within 24 hours. This turnaround time is as per the
SLA between the Partner and CitiXsys.
To participate in the program, a partner must commit to complete within 3 months the sales and
implementation training modules on the CitiXsys Partner Web site, and be approved by the CitiXsys
Channel Field Sales team and the corporate offices. All applications will be reviewed for merits of the
application, and business profile.
In its initial roll-out, the CitiXsys Partner Program will not have multiple tiers or different levels. As the
program grows, tiering (with appropriate rewards and commitments) will be reviewed. There are
multiple levels of partnerships that have been established with varying degrees of revenue earning
potential. The CitiXsys Partner Program enables companies to make the most of the opportunities
available in the marketplace. You can choose to operate with us at different partnership levels depending

Margins are available to the partner based on the amount and percentage of software sold. A partner will
receive a discount on the price of the software and percentage of maintenance and support based on their
level. By becoming a CitiXsys Partner, your company can generate additional ongoing revenue with
value-added CitiXsys services and products that require minimal resources and financial investments. In
addition, every element of this program will support the following goal – to enable the partner and
